This 5-hour introductory class is geared to and intended for two people – couples, partners, or pals. The course focuses on increasing awareness of self and a partner through the energetic exchange of Swedish Massage. Couples find this a great way to increase their connection, and bring more informed and knowledgeable touch into their relationship. 

Instruction includes:

• A brief history of massage

• Learning how to connect through touch

• Learning proper body dynamics for massage (how to use your body, and adjust pressure without injury)
