This introduction to Trager Somatic Movement and Manual Therapy will include a lively demonstration of the table work, highlighting its ease for practitioners and effectiveness for clients. Attendees will also be guided through an exploration of simple movement that breaks through old habits into a feeling of freedom, and learn about this year's Trager Certification Training Program to be hosted by PMTI at the nearby Blueberry Gardens Healing Center.
