Our building is on the northbound side of Georgia Avenue, between Spring Street and Cameron Street, about 5 blocks from the Silver Spring Metro Station (Red Line) and a half-mile north of the D.C. line.

 

Parking

 

Metered street parking is available, FREE on Sundays.

There are two nearby public lots at $1.00/hour. Be sure you are in a long term space – spaces marked “PCS” are reserved for monthly commuter pass holders. The public lots are open 24 hours and payment is required from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, Monday through Saturday. The nearest Public Parking lots are Spring Cameron Garage (Parking Lot 2) and Cameron-Second Garage (Parking Lot 7). There are also private lots scattered nearby (that are much more expensive).​

  

How to Access our Suite

PMTI is located in a secure office building. If the entrance doors are locked (after hours and Sundays), press the buzzer at the front door and ask to be connected to PMTI. The operator will ring our suite for permission. Alternatively, call our office in advance and ask for the password (preferred).
